You simply pay monthly.
All athletes new to CrossFit must first go through Elements before starting regular CrossFit classes.
In Elements is where our coaches are able to establish a baseline for your fitness, assess current body mechanics and movement. Elements Class also teaches you the basic functional movements of CrossFit.

Dual membership allows you to use both CrossFit 574 and CrossFit 061. The gym location you spend most of your time training will be where you keep your "Full Time Membership" and the Dual Membership fee will be charged at the gym you spend the least amount of time at.

574 Boot Camp
574 Boot Camp is a Interval training program for all fitness levels coached in a group setting.
This is not CrossFit.
If you are intimidated by CrossFit then this is the fitness program for you!
574 Boot Camp uses a interval training structure while incorporating body weight movements, light to moderate weighted dumbbells, wall balls, slam balls & rowing.
574 Boot Camp will help increase your cardio fitness, tone muscle, increase strength, increase mobility,
lower daily stress levels, increase daily energy and help you lose weight.
Our Boot Camp is a fun way to get fit while making new friends and listening to some great tunes!
$65 / Monthly
$10 / Drop-In / Single Class
Tuesday's and Thursday's 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Personal Training is available weekly and can be scheduled individually with a coach.
Pricing may vary per coach and length of session.
